Who we are

This website (“the Service”) is a hobby project operated by a private individual. If you have any questions or concerns about privacy, you can reach me at: fanship@rhitu.cz.

What data we collect

Email address: Required to register an account, verify your identity, log in, and recover your password.

IP addresses and log data: Stored automatically when you use the Service. This information is used for debugging, security, preventing abuse, and detecting cheating.

Usage data: Basic information on how the Service is used, for abuse prevention and improving fairness.

Why we collect this data

We only collect data necessary to:

• Provide account access and security.
• Operate and improve the Service.
• Prevent misuse or cheating.

Third parties

We use a third-party service (Sentry) to help detect and fix errors, and to analyze potential abuse. For this purpose, we may send limited information such as user IDs, IP addresses, and technical error details to Sentry. This data is used only for debugging, security, and improving the Service, and is automatically deleted after a limited retention period (90 days at most).

Otherwise we do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Cookies

The Service uses cookies only where they are strictly necessary, for example to:

• Keep you logged in to your account.
• Maintain basic site functionality and security.

No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Data retention

Your email and account data are kept as long as your account is active.

You may delete your account at any time, which removes your details from the main database. Some residual data may remain for a limited time in logs and backups. Logs are kept for up to 6 months before being deleted. Backups are rotated and old copies are eventually overwritten.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• File a complaint with your local data protection authority.
